These terms cover your use of Serve, an app for booking tennis courts and coaching, joining clubs, and tracking matches. By using Serve you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use Serve.
- You must give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.
- One person, one account. Do not share your login.
What Serve is
Serve is the software that arranges a booking. It is not the club and not the coach.
- Booking a court or a lesson is an agreement between you and that club or coach.
- Cancellation, no-show and payment rules are set by the club or coach you booked with, not by us. Check theirs before you book.
- Bookings can only be made inside a club's or coach's published working hours, and only in slots that are free.
- Clubs and coaches may block a user from booking with them.
Clubs
- Joining a club is a request. A club administrator approves or rejects it. You may belong to more than one club.
- You can leave a club at any time.
- If you are a club administrator, you are responsible for the content you publish (your club's details, court information, photos and news) and for having the right to publish it.
Matches and ratings
- Match results are confirmed by both players. Do not log results that did not happen.
- Ratings and ladder standings are produced by the app for recreational purposes. They carry no official standing.
Behaviour
Do not use Serve to harass other users, to make bookings you do not intend to keep, to upload content you have no right to, or to interfere with the service or try to break into it. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Availability
We try to keep Serve working, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove features. Serve is provided as it is.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Beyond that, we are not responsible for what happens between you and a club or a coach, including a court that is unavailable, a lesson that does not happen, or a refund you are owed. Those are matters for you and them. If a court is double-booked because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will help sort it out.
Ending it
- You can delete your account at any time, in the app under Profile, or at serve.stykslabs.com/delete-account. What happens to your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app where the change matters. Continuing to use Serve after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law, and the courts of Croatia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.
