A Tuesday at a five-court club.
What it takes off your hands
Members book themselves. Calls still work. They land in the same book.
No crossings-out. Two people can't take the same hour, and a court under maintenance can't be booked at all.
Set them once, per court, per season. Every booking is priced from them.
The players' side
Members see what's free and what it costs, and book it. You stop being the switchboard.

One hour off-peak, one at peak
Surfaces
Every court carries its surface, its lights and its price. It's the first thing a player asks.
Seasonal pricing
Set a price per court, per season, and mark the hours that cost more. A booking that crosses into peak is split and charged to the minute.
17:00–19:00 on Court 1: one hour off-peak, one at peak.
